A little while ago we went up to Heber Valley where the local railway puts on a special event with Thomas the Train. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot but there were thousands of people there all with rowdy kids waiting to get on the train…well okay Ethan was the only rowdy one there. In fact we only sat still for about the first five minutes of the train ride. Then Ethan simply had to get out of his seat and start running throughout the train cars… We jumped from car to car going in and out of closed and open passenger cars. It was about a 25minute ride out into the Heber countryside and then zee train came straight back in. Ethan was more impressed with all the rocks on the train tracks then he was with Thomas. Turned out to be a great day and Ethan came back with a nifty little conductor’s hat.
