Well we just made it back from a wirlwind trip to the ‘nati again. This was an action packed Tew family adventure!! First we start off on the morning of the 16th of August at 3am (Ryan had not gone to bed as usual)…wait wait wait…let’s back it up a bit…Ethan contracts some nasty virus/bug in primary at church the Sunday just before our trip: so of course we all come down with it. Okay now back to the early morning 3am bit - I walk into Ethan’s bedroom to wake him up and he’s all bright eye’d and ready to go - Ethan jumps out of bed and hollers “yeaaaa we’re going on an airplane today!”. Yeah I am sure he slept well that night. Right. An hour or so later we all load up in the car and head to the airport. First we drop off Susie and Lilly at US Airways for their flight and we head over to long term parking to drop the car off. Ethan and I then head over to the Delta, Delta, Delta! terminal…okay so let’s cut to the chase. Ethan didn’t sleep on either flight but he was actually pretty good…just could not sit still (lucky for me on the trip back we had a direct flight and Ethan slept the whole way). Fast forward a bit more we get to Columbus, rent car, drive to Mainville (about 1.5hrs south) and then it begins…

Trips to friends homes (went to see Beth and Eric Atnip down in Lexington, KY - what a beautiful state - and black fences..where’d the white ‘uns go?)…then back up to visit the Jensen’s the next day (always so gracious and hospitable) …now it’s time for Linda’s big family n’ friends get together on Sunday… many folks coming over to have a good time, catch up and eat…next day we’re at King’s Island (thanks to the Jensen’s for the VIP passes) - an all day affair and a first time for Ethan to go on amusement rides. Next day we drive out to Oxford, OH to visit Susie’s old alma madre Miami University - before Florida was a state Miami was a university…and finally Ethan and I fly back to Utah…Susie and Lilly are still in Ohio until Sunday.

ahhh that about sums it up…now it’s time to try and get over my cold…yeah not gonna happen this week. ;^)
